Warranty Coverage
When you invest in the Orion Prime System, you are backed by comprehensive warranty support:
Structural/Manufacturing Warranty: Lifetime
Motor (if applicable): 2 Years (parts replacement only)
Switches & Electronics:2 Years (parts replacement only)
Powder Coating: 10 Years
Important Notes:
The warranty applies to the original purchaser.
The warranty can be transferred to a new owner upon request, provided a complete maintenance schedule is submitted and approved by Apollo NZ.
Motor and switch warranties are transferable only for the remaining balance of the original warranty period.
Failure to perform regular maintenance may void the warranty.
General wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
Misuse or improper operation
Environmental damage such as excessive coastal corrosion
Wear from normal, everyday use
Replacement of motors or switches within the warranty period covers parts supply only. Labour for removal or reinstallation is not included.
Basic Maintenance Schedule
Keep your Orion Prime System in optimal condition by following this easy-to-manage maintenance routine:
Monthly Tasks
Louvres & Frame: Wipe clean and inspect for any debris, dust, or damage.
Motor (if installed): Open and close louvres to confirm smooth function.
Switches & Remote: Test operation and replace batteries if necessary.
Gutters & Downpipes: Remove blockages like leaves or dirt to ensure proper drainage.
Every 6 Months
Screws & Bolts: Check and lightly tighten accessible fasteners.
Louvre Movement: Apply silicone-based spray lubricant to pivot points.
Powder-Coated Surfaces: Clean with mild soapy water; avoid abrasive products and high-pressure water.
Drainage System: Pour water through gutters and downpipes to check for blockages.
Annually (Recommended Professional Check)
System Inspection: Full review of motor, louvres, frame, and electronic components.
Control System: Test sensors, automation features, and remote integration.
Powder Coating: Inspect for chips or wear—touch up as required.
Maintenance Log: Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities.
