The Skyntra Pergola from Apollo NZ represents a new era of outdoor architecture — combining intelligent motorisation, premium materials, and advanced weatherproof performance. Designed for both residential and commercial spaces, Skyntra offers seamless control over shade, light, and protection throughout the seasons.

Design & Engineering

Structure
Built from 6063-T6 aluminium alloy, the Skyntra frame provides exceptional rigidity and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for New Zealand’s coastal and tropical climates.

Electric Control
With a smooth, low-noise motor drive, the retractable PVC roof glides open or closed at the touch of a button.

Lighting & Controls

• LED Lighting: Integrated silicone 3000 K LED strips on roof and posts for ambient illumination.

• Remote Operation: Wireless controller for roof motion and lighting adjustment.

• Rain Sensor (Option): Automatically closes the roof when rain is detected.

Water Drainage System

A sloped design (3 – 10 %) channels rainwater through concealed gutters and post drain holes to avoid pooling beneath the structure.
Even in heavy rain, Skyntra maintains a comfortable, dry space underneath.
